*The conference welcomes contributions by PhD Students (currently enrolled at the time of registration). The YES is opened only to paper authored by PhD students (or co-authored with other PhD students). The papers Special awards will be granted by the Scientific Committee to the best papers presented at the Conference.
Conference fee for participants is €250 (€200 for the early bird), and it includes lunches and coffee breaks during the Conference. Doctoral students are eligible for a reduced Fee of €100.
Participation to the Conference Gala Dinner is additional €50.
Paper submission must follow the electronic procedure using the conference webpage by
September 11, 2015.
Acceptance of papers by the Scientific Committee will be communicated to authors by October 9, 2015.
Deadline for the registration of authors (at least one for paper) to be included in the program October 16, 2015.
Early Bird Deadline (€200): Fee payment deadline is October 18, 2015.
Regular Deadline (€250): Fee payment deadline is November 3, 2015.
